Raytheon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) portfolio. In this critical role you will focus on establishing and strengthening supplier quality and production capabilities in a rapidly evolving and strategically important international environment.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to senior leadership, with opportunities to work closely with Executive Raytheon Leadership and other key stakeholders.

This strategic role is designed for an expert in program management who is seeking to enhance their career with international experience and strategic exposure in a complex, high-stakes environment.

This accompanied position will be onsite in Tucson, AZ, with future move to Abu Dhabi, UAE for a 2-year long-term international assignment, with potential extension.

Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignments including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.

What You Will Do

Supplier Quality and Production Start-Up:

  • Lead efforts to establish and ramp up supplier quality and production capabilities to support the C-UAS portfolio.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to Raytheon's quality standards and production timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain or production challenges, ensuring seamless project execution.


Supply Chain and Supplier Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring alignment with Raytheon's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee supply chain operations, including onboarding new suppliers and optimizing existing supplier performance.
  • Drive supplier compliance with international and U.S. export/import (EX/IM) regulations.


Program Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Raytheon leadership, suppliers, and customers.
  • Manage program schedules, budgets, and resources in accordance with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
  • Regularly assess program performance and provide updates to senior leadership.


Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Act as a liaison between UAE-based operations and U.S. headquarters, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise to build local team capabilities.


Strategic Impact:

  • Drive the successful execution of key C-UAS initiatives, contributing to Raytheon's broader strategic objectives in the region.
  • Leverage international experience to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Represent Raytheon in high-visibility engagements with customers and leadership.


Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 12+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10+ years' experience.
  • Experience to include managing LRIP / Production programs that either transitioned or in the process of transitioning to production program.
  • Experience in military production, supplier quality, supply chain management, and international licensing (EX/IM).
  • Experience interfacing with customers and industry partners.
  • Experience managing, tracking, and/or reporting through EAC review and customer Program Management Reviews (PMR) or similar metrics.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.


Qualifications We Prefer

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science or Mathematics.
  • Program Management Certified Level 5 or equivalent.
  • EVMS Certification.
  • Proven team building - demonstrated strong leadership, coordination, and people/interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to senior executives and external international customers.
  • Excellent record of progressively more responsible leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate relationships and influence customer requirements.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
