Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire performance of the CACI TCIP & Modernization Team
- Foster customer relationships to develop strategies and plans to advance and grow the project.
- Collaborate directly with client executives to align enterprise development strategies with organizational mission and goals, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on the progress of CNO Availability Milestones, Key Events, maintaining up-to-date records and providing critical insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Foster team development and promote a culture of unity and shared success.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of shipboard combat systems maintenance experience.
- High degree of attention to detail and organization skills
- Knowledge of US Navy maintenance philosophy.
- Understanding of reliability principles.
- Extensive knowledge of Navy Combat Systems interoperability.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Desired:
- Senior Military Leadership experience.
- AEGIS Combat Systems Maintenance Manager (CSMM), Systems Test Officer (STO), or Electronics Material Officer (EMO) experience is a plus.
- Understanding of reliability principles.
