The Project Engineer will collaborate with the Task Order 60 (TO60) Leadership to manage, coordinate, and oversee efforts across the AGILE Release Train and Cross-Functional Product Teams related to TO60 projects, contract proposals, and modifications.
Essential Functions:
• Will assist in planning and executing technical scope, schedule, and cost inputs for changes, ECPs, and other customer engineering estimate requests
• Will support the development of TO60 IMS objective evidence, the collection of IMS status accounting, and facilitate cross-spiral de-confliction, cross-functional Area coordination, as well as schedule and resource issue resolution
Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 5 years of experience; or a Master’s degree (preferred) in a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience; or 9 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree
• Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
• Regular internal and external customer interactions and representing the organization in resolving complex technical issues related to specific projects
• Experience in project planning, as well as managing cost, schedule, and performance
• Prior experience in development programs and their deployment execution
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing, coordinating, and overseeing cross-functional efforts throughout the Sustainment and Development lifecycle management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Project Management Professional (PMP Certification) is desired
• Understanding of Planning, Scheduling, Project Management, and EVMS; Systems Engineering, Software Development, and Deployment
• Skilled in leading project teams and overseeing schedules
• Experience with the Development Lifecycle and understanding of spiral development processes"
