You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment.
- Experience with coordination across teams to meet timelines and deliverables
- Experience with coordinating and leading meetings, both pre-planned and short notice
- Experience with tasking systems, such as Correspondence and Task Management
- System (CATMS)
- Knowledge of existing DoD or interagency cyber policies, strategies, and cybersecurity trends and key issues, such as offensive/defensive operations, Zero
- Trust, defense industrial base, weapons systems cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure
- Ability to evaluate policy recommendations for senior DoD and leadership members
- Leverage the understanding of technical aspects of systems engineering and cyber to assess cyber effects on the mission and related risks to weapon systems and critical infrastructure (DoD and commercial providers)
- Develop attack threads based on vulnerability assessment reports, systems analysis, intelligence analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting policy development, legislative affairs or strategic
- communications for a JS or Service HQ staff office
- Experience with DoD acquisition policy
- Experience with the DoD acquisition and budgetary process
- Experience with the DoD DOTMLPF-P process
Day-To-Day:
- Participate in and provide technical expertise and research analysis for cyber wargames and tabletop exercises as part of the Wargame Design Team.
- Leading multi-agency cyber exercises simulating coordinated attacks on critical infrastructure and weapon systems, resulting in updated national response protocols.
- Conduct research and report on current cyber threats and technical developments to shape wargame policies and injects for wargame design.
- Produce, present and brief cyber research and intelligence reports to the team for educational and professional development purposes.
- Provide analytical feedback of previous wargame results, and brief wargame findings to Combat Commands and Joint Force Leaders.
- Participate in meetings and conferences with domestic and international partners concerning cyber intelligence and cybersecurity defense developments and partnership.
- Specialize in Cyber Red Teaming and Red Team attack development and strategy. Conduct technical and classified research on threat vectors of DoW weapon systems and infrastructure, including AI research and briefings.
