Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. As the chosen expert, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding national security by supporting AFOSI's critical mission to detect and neutralize threats, while orchestrating complex logistics operations that ensure the seamless execution of our nation's defense strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Support AFOSI's mission to identify, exploit, and neutralize criminal, terrorist and intelligence threats to the Air Force, Department of defense and US Government.
- Coordinate and provide expertise in the development and build of the JOPES staff packages, as well as for the logistics annexes for OPLANS and OPORDS, programming plan.
- Provide general support in contingency and exercise plans. You will get to analyze and identify plan supportability.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in Air Force Personnel functions at the Field Operating Agents/Direct Reporting Unit level.
- Must be proficient in managing manpower requirements via the Resource Board process.
- Possess a Secret level security clearance
Desired:
- TS/SCI Clearance Preferable
- Expertise in the identification of shortfalls in training and equipment issues for individuals identified for deployment
- Expertise in the preparation, compilation, coordination, publication, distribution, maintenance, and implementation of deployment guidance
- Expertise to the Base Support Planning process, to include compiling, coordinating, publishing, distributing, maintaining, and implementing base support plans
- Expertise to all aspects of deployment planning, dispersal, sustainment, recovery, reconstitution, special exercises, and logistics support procedures
- Expertise in the preparation of logistics annexes for OPLANS and OPORDs, programming plans, and provide general support in contingency and exercise plans
- Expertise in the development and build of the JOPES staff packages for ULNs supporting OSI operations
