Description

Program Manager

The Celestar, a B&A Company, has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify a Program Manager to support the Joint Task Force-GTMO and be stationed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight for the performance of all work completed; have full authority on all matters related to daily operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Government and contractor personnel assigned to this task order
  • All phases of contract management, including workflow, resource management, quality of the program and deliverables, timeliness, risk assessment, and program performance
  • Ensures the performance, completeness,s and accuracy of work assigned under the contract to achieve the performance objectives
  • Manage the project staff, coordinate with the Government COR on contract requirements and concerns, and manage subcontractors
  • During PM's periods of non-availability, ensure to immediately designate an on-site Alternate PM to backfill the responsibilities temporarily, and ensure there is no gap in responsibility

Education and Experience
  • Master of Business Administration
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience managing DoD Intelligence Operations projects
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with government contract project scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, personnel management, project performance evaluation, and process improvement.
  • Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in establishing processes and assigning appropriate resources to effectively fulfill contract performance requirements.

Required Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple activities with overlapping deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid U.S. Passport
