In this role, you will guide engineering teams across the full systems engineering lifecycle to ensure the timely delivery of reliable, resilient, and mission-critical GEOINT capabilities.
You will operate at the enterprise level, integrating systems, services, and processes across organizational and agency boundaries while advising government stakeholders on technical strategy, architecture, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor mid-level and junior systems engineers across requirements engineering, solution design, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, testing, evaluation, and sustainment.
• Guide the planning, analysis, and traceability of user and system requirements, system architectures, operational procedures, and technical solutions.

• Support the government in translating mission and customer needs into actionable system and capability requirements.
• Perform systems integration across complex System-of-Systems and service-oriented environments.
• Conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), trade studies, and engineering assessments.
• Assist with strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design.
• Integrate multiple systems, services, processes, and interfaces within Major System Acquisitions across organizational and agency boundaries.

• Prior experience supporting NGA, NSG, ASG, IC, or DoD programs or projects.
• Must possess and be able to maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly.
Desired:
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
• Working knowledge of:
