Summary
TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled software developer to support our initiatives in modernizing and maintaining web-based applications and services. We are looking for an innovative professional experienced in both development and operational tasks within agile and cloud environments.Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and architecting systems using modern techniques like multi-tier architecture, developing automated test scripts, and utilizing continuous integration tools. You will implement best practices consistent with accessibility standards and agile methodologies, proposing recommendations to enhance UX/UI and speed of delivery. Additional tasks include analyzing web-based applications, managing support across various tiers, and developing IT documentation. You will also handle the development and maintenance of enterprise software, including tasks like license renewals and system updates.Experience Level
Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.Requirements: 16 yrs+
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Continuous Integration techniques and tools
- Demonstrated experience designing and architecting systems using modern techniques such as services, multi-tier architecture
- Demonstrated experience designing and instrumenting automated test scripts at the developer level
- Demonstrated experience developing in small increments utilizing technical Agile techniques
- Demonstrated experience implementing industry best practices and associated technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards and agile methodology.
- Demonstrated experience proposing recommendations that provide business value while supporting goals and objectives, with an emphasis on improving User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), reducing O&M, increasing quality and speed of delivery, transforming, and modernizing web-based application, system, and service components.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APIs to assist in decision-making regarding future development.
- Demonstrated experience developing web-based application, system, and service components and associated interfaces, including Java and React development.
- Demonstrated professional experience operating within a cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services.
- Demonstrated experience in the full accreditation lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience managing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support, using service management systems.
- Demonstrated experience developing IT support documents that include SOPs, digital IT workflows, IT knowledge base, pre and post deployment checklists, IT architectural diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining enterprise software, to include license renewals, patching, and version update administration.

| Base Salary | $190,000 - $230,000 |
| PTO | 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. |
| Retirement | 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. |
| Paid Benefits | Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. |
| Annual Bonuses | 3% to 5% annual bonuses. |
| Cell Phone Stipend | $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. |
| Training Budget | 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget |
| New Hire Bonus | $5,000 new hire bonus |
