Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Systems Administrator to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology systems. In this role, you will manage IT system infrastructure and processes while supporting day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across client, server, storage, network, and mobile environments. You will also provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including problem identification, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution, while communicating system status to agency management and internal customers. This position involves supporting dispatch systems, resolving hardware issues, and configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, network components, and operating system software. You will work in a secure environment supporting critical mission objectives.

Requirements:
- Must have the ability to provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology systems, including in-depth troubleshooting of complex system issues.
- Must possess the ability to provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and detailed analysis for escalated tickets.
- Must be capable of managing the daily configuration and operational activities of Information Technology systems.
- Must have the ability to provide day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network, and mobile device environments.
- Must possess the ability to support escalation processes by communicating system status and providing detailed feedback to agency management and internal customers.
- Must be capable of supporting dispatch systems and hardware-related issues while remaining engaged through issue resolution.
- Must have the ability to configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install and load operating system software, configure and maintain network components, optimize system operations and resource utilization, perform capacity analysis and planning, and implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Must have ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Administrator supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, OR fifteen (15) years of Systems Administrator experience if a degree is not held.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
