Our Product Support C2S team has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Analyst, C2S Project Management, to join our team. The position provides operations support, performing program management support activities relating to the day-to-day execution of programs in support of various sustainment programs across our Sentinel Radar - NASAMS portfolio. This role will focus on management of repairs of field return materials and provisioning of spares across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and proactive team player with excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency using office software, such as the MS Office 365 Tool Suite, Zoom, and SharePoint.
**This is an onsite position at our Fullerton, CA facility

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Will You Will Do:
- Provide project management support to domestic and international C2S programs; this will include coordination and conduct of meetings, support to programs on material movements and supporting special projects as assigned
- Proactively manage repair & return (R&R) and spares provisioning activities across the Sentinel-NASAMS portfolio with a key focus on minimizing repair turnaround times and spares lead times
- Lead all aspects of assigned project cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable performance
- Perform risk and opportunity (R&O) management, to include revenue and profit recognition, to minimize risk to the organization
- Regularly interface with internal partners across the Raytheon business
- Support maintaining repair data for C2S programs
- Create shipments to Raytheon facilities, vendors and field sites representatives (FSRs) in Program Reliability Information System for Management system (PRISM)
- Update and close-out material shipments
- Create Requests for Material/Requests for Change (RFM/RFC) for new material buys and repairs
- Monitor Due in For Maintenance (DIFM) requests - close-out DIFMs and create Work Orders, send outstanding DIFM list to FSRs
- Update weekly Integrated Product Team charts
- Help C2S Program Managers with shipments and Requests for Material (RFMs)
- Pull reports from PRISM and repair data
- Create Requisition and Invoice/Shipping Documents (DD-1149) for parts that come into Fullerton with missing DD-1149s
- Enter parts that are identified for export/import into the Jurisdiction and Classification Assessment tool
- Create monthly Mission Incomplete, Awaiting Parts (MICAP) Report
- Update and maintain Master Reconciliation Spreadsheet for semi-annual parts reconciliation requirement for our customers
- Work directly with on-site facilities and track material movement within the Fullerton plant as needed
- Support site Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) activities and initiatives
- Provide site contact for Security for visitors, assign badges, guest accounts and touch down offices
- Assist with compiling data and report preparation across C2S programs
- Administer SharePoint sites, Teams sites, and other shared drives, including site content updates, user access, and assisting users with access and troubleshooting
- Lead proposal activities through the RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) Pursuit-to-Start-Up phase
- Manage onboarding, relocations, separations, and asset assignments for employees, customers, and sub-contractors in coordination with Raytheon Fullerton Facilities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested, including special projects as assigned
- Expect to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time

Qualifications You Must Have:

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Proven Industry Program Management experience within the Defense Industry supporting product lifecycle and sustainment support services
- Prior experience with R&R activities, from identification of failure in the field, evaluation, repair, and return to the End User
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data, identify trends, and make data-driven management decisions
- Associate of Science in Business (ASB) Degree
- Comfortable learning new tools and technology concepts quickly
- Existing US Secret security clearance
