The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-11 and GS-12.

The salary range shown in the announcement represents all of the positions within the band, including GS-14 equivalent (high grade) positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $158,322).

Help
- You will provide advice and technical support to managers on a variety of employee and labor relations issues.
- You will support management fact-finding inquiries and administrative investigations and write disciplinary letters.
- You will develop training, briefings, and technical documents in support of the LER function.
- You may negotiate with the unions in matters involving the collective bargaining agreement, changes in working conditions, and grievance resolution.
- You may train and mentor junior specialists and provide expert, legal sufficiency review of junior specialists' work.
