Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a high-level Business Analyst to drive strategic partnerships and workforce planning initiatives across the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) and the Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG). This role focuses on the long-term interoperability of GEOINT training standards, the mapping of tradecraft competencies, and the development of organizational performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience facilitating Community Geospatial-Intelligence Training Council (CGTC) activities and delivering executive-level decision briefs to senior leadership.

Business Analyst Job Duties:
- Create strategies to target and manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders key to GEOINT learning, Professional Certification (GPC), and workforce planning.
- Develop, facilitate, and document initiatives supporting long-term NSG, ASG, and CGTC strategic policies, including training baselining and competency mapping.
- Establish and assess community GEOINT training standards and maintain a common course catalog and portal.
- Implement standardized and repeatable GEOINT Training Advisory Group (GTAG) requirements processes.
- Develop and implement organizational performance metrics to measure progress against strategic intent and plans.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of standardized planning templates, including Project Management Plans, SOPs, and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).
- Drive the development of programmatic measures and facilitate Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to report on initiative progress.
- Support high-level coordination for CGTC meetings and provide policy input and required reporting to ODNI and USD(I) on behalf of the NSG.
- Coordinate with NSG and ASG training organizations to exchange ideas and concepts regarding tradecraft advancement.
- Participate in leadership offsites, conferences, and theme-specific activities to provide insights into strategic organizational initiatives.
Experience Requirements:
- Requires at least 7 years of demonstrated experience in GEOINT tradecraft competencies, training development, or human capital development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience assembling project information (objectives/outcomes), and writing/editing executive summaries and organizational credentials.
- At least 5 years of experience compiling and delivering decision briefs to senior leadership and their staff.
- At least 5 years of experience formulating, analyzing, and resolving complex plans, policies, and business issues.
- At least 5 years of experience building and managing project schedules using MS Project.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating activities performed by cross-functional specialists or staff within the government or industry markets.
Desired Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Joint/IC/Service GEOINT activities, GEOINT doctrine, and NSG/ASG membership.
- Demonstrated experience working in a senior management environment within NGA, NSG, or ASG.
- Knowledge of the DITEB, partner/sharing agreements, and the GEOINT Learning Program curriculum.
- Familiarity with U.S. Military Schoolhouse training programs.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management methodologies.
