Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis to validate business processes, data requirements, business rules, and dependencies
- Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify opportunities for process automation, improvement, and increased efficiency and auditability
- Work closely with the BPR team members to develop To-Be process models and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including USTRANSCOM, JDDE, and other JTMS contractors, to gather and validate business requirements
- Provide DoW subject matter expertise in the development of enterprise level logistic system design, ensuring the functionality meets the operational needs of all stakeholders
- Research and identify DOTMLPF-P impacts and recommendations
- Validate user roles and access for each business process and develop role specific scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Support team members in use case development, demo development, detailed functional and system requirements decomposition, and various other analysis, documentation or research tasks
- Support the Agile Product Teams with implementation of reengineered processes
- Collaborate with program teams to translate requirements into SAFe features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
- Collaborate with policy, audit readiness, and data governance teams to ensure future-state processes incorporate requirements for traceability, internal controls, and enterprise visibility
Qualifications:
Required:
- Secret security clearance or US Citizen with ability to successfully pass Tier 1 investigation upon hire
- Bachelor's Degree in Transportation & Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Law, Computer Science, Engineering, Physical/Applied Sciences or management discipline such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Management Information Technology
- 8+ years general experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, and Business Process Reengineering experience or in a related area
- 4+ year functional experience within USTRANSCOM Operations and DoD Transportation Systems
- Experience with DoDAF process maps
- Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group to include government and military personnel
- Strong analytical, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and reporting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Desired:
- Experience with successful large-scale system transformations or modernization efforts
- General knowledge of SAP and ERPs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
