Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for an Executive Coordinator to support our DoS client located in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee front Office operations, establishing professional standards and interpreting complex Senior Executive Service (SES) protocols.
  • Strategically manage stakeholder engagements and visitor relations, utilizing high-level diplomatic communication to represent the directorate's mission.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to produce executive-level intelligence; autonomously determine the most effective communication strategies for internal and external dissemination.
  • Exert authority over executive time management, prioritizing competing demands and resolving complex scheduling conflicts to optimize leadership efficacy.
  • Orchestrate comprehensive mission support, ensuring leadership readiness by vetting incoming requests and determining necessary preparatory actions.
  • Formulate and refine official policy correspondence and memoranda, exercising quality control over tasker management based on broad strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate and triage high-level communications, determining the appropriate course of action or delegating to senior personnel as necessary.
  • Liaise with and facilitate engagements for high-ranking officials, ensuring all interactions align with organizational prestige and protocol.
  • Govern office environment standards and resource allocation, making independent decisions regarding facility requirements and logistical readiness.
  • Supervise security administrative protocols, ensuring organizational compliance with clearance and access regulations for all personnel.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated records management systems to ensure the integrity and accessibility of high-level institutional knowledge.
  • Administer complex logistical frameworks for government travel, ensuring specialized compliance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and budget constraints within the E2 Solutions system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of senior executive-level management and administrative experience in organizations of similar size and scope (will accept fewer years of experience with College Degree in Business Administration)
  • The ability to analyze and synthesize data to produce executive-level intelligence and autonomously determine the most effective communication strategies for internal and external dissemination.
  • Active Secret clearance.
