The TIGS SoS Depot Logistics Project Manager serves as the Integrated Product Support (IPS) lead responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing depot-level sustainment activities in support of the TIGS SoS program. This role integrates depot operations, repair activities, logistics data, procurement, and government property stewardship to ensure sustainment decisions are technically sound, auditable, and aligned with long-term life-cycle cost objectives.
The position requires demonstrated experience operating in environments governed by Government Property regulations and Property Administrator (PA/GPA) oversight, ensuring accountability, traceability, and audit readiness across the full property lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Depot Logistics Project Management
- Plan, manage, and execute depot-level logistics activities supporting TIGS SoS sustainment and modernization efforts.
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules, trackers, and metrics covering repair throughput, spares availability, and sustainment readiness.
Integrated Product Support (IPS) Execution
- Integrate depot sustainment activities with broader IPS elements including supply support, maintenance planning, technical data, and training.
- Ensure sustainment considerations are incorporated during system design, modification, and configuration changes.
Depot Repair Parts Inventory, Control & Accountability
- Oversee repair parts inventory management, including receipt, storage, issue, repair induction, and return to service.
- Ensure accountability and traceability of Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP) throughout depot operations.
- Coordinate shipments, transfers, and turn-ins using approved documentation and processes.
Repair Prioritization & Cost-Aware Sustainment
- Support repair prioritization decisions based on operational need, cost, schedule, and sustainment impact.
- Provide inputs to repair-versus-replace analyses in coordination with Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
Supply & Material Management Oversight
- Coordinate with procurement and subcontract management teams to ensure timely availability of repair parts and materials.
- Monitor subcontractor repair activities and material flows supporting depot operations.
Maintenance Planning & Process Control
- Support development and execution of depot maintenance processes, work instructions, and quality controls.
- Coordinate calibration, inspection, and maintenance status of depot-held assets and support equipment.
Configuration & Technical Data Coordination
- Ensure depot repair and modification activities align with approved configurations and technical data.
- Coordinate updates to Bills of Material (BOMs), as-built configurations, and sustainment documentation.
- Incorporate government property control milestones (receiving, record establishment, inventory cycles, disposition) into depot planning and execution.
- Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Government stakeholders to resolve logistics and sustainment issues.
Performance Metrics, Reporting & Reviews
- Develop and report depot performance metrics related to repair cycle time, readiness, and sustainment effectiveness.
- Prepare and support logistics and sustainment reviews with Government stakeholders.
Risk, Issue, and Change Management
- Identify, track, and mitigate logistics and sustainment risks impacting depot operations.
- Support corrective actions related to sustainment and property system deficiencies.
Stakeholder & Customer Interface
- Serve as a primary interface with Government personnel, including Property Administrators, Contracting Officers, and CORs, on depot sustainment matters.
- Support formal reviews, audits, and data calls related to depot and property activities.
