Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for a diverse, cross-functional intelligence organization delivering ISR Ops, PED, collection management, all-source analysis, and CI.
- Lead and mentor functional managers; ensure clear accountability, effective delegation, and consistent execution across mission areas.
- Integrate operations across teams to optimize prioritization, throughput, quality, and mission readiness-especially under competing demands and time constraints.
- Establish and run an operational governance framework (battle rhythm, decision forums, escalation paths, risk management, and change control).
- Define mission priorities and performance standards; implement KPIs/SLAs, quality controls, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, policy, security procedures, and internal standards; maintain inspection/audit readiness.
- Serve as the primary senior interface to customer stakeholders-briefing status, risks, outcomes, and recommended trade-space decisions.
- Drive timely delivery of analytic products and services; ensure relevance, consistency, and operational responsiveness across the enterprise.
- Partner with enabling functions (IT/C6ISR, security, training, HR/staffing) to ensure workforce readiness, coverage, and resiliency.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI (polygraph as required).
- 12+ years supporting ISR and/or intelligence operations, including leadership of multi-functional mission teams.
- 5+ years managing leaders across multiple intelligence functions (e.g., PED, all-source analysis, CI, collection management, ISR operations).
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute governance frameworks, mission prioritization processes, and performance management (KPIs/SLAs).
- Strong operational judgment and ability to make defensible, transparent trade-space decisions under pressure.
- Executive-level communication skills-customer briefs, written products, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as an Ops Director, Site Lead, Task Lead, Deputy PM, or equivalent "mission owner" accountable for outcomes.
- Experience overseeing 24/7 operations and shift-based workforce models (coverage planning, surge support, continuity of operations).
- CI oversight experience within an integrated intel enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with SLA/KPI-based service delivery, QA/QC programs, and Lean/continuous improvement practices.
- Experience supporting a Joint/Combatant Command, SOCOM enterprise, IC agency, or theater-level mission environment.
- Experience integrating C6ISR/IT capabilities into operations (requirements translation, tooling/workflow optimization, data/reporting modernization).
