This role assists with maintaining infrastructure reliability, supporting hardware installations, and ensuring accurate asset tracking. The technician works closely with senior team members while developing technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Rack/stack servers and network equipment
- Cable management and labeling
- Asset tracking and inventory
- Assist with hardware installs and removals
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year IT or data center support experience
- Experience supporting computer room or data center environments
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure and support systems
- Ability to contribute to documentation and process development
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- 2+ years data center or infrastructure support preferred
