Job Description
An employer is looking for a TS Desktop Support Admin to sit in Linthicum Height, MD. In this role, you will provide advanced desktop support for Windows environments, focusing on troubleshooting complex integration issues involving networks, servers, and peripherals. You will manage Active Directory tasks, imaging processes, and ticket resolution through Remedy, while delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include supporting Microsoft Office Suite applications, remote desktop sessions, and mobile devices, as well as ensuring compliance with security and certification requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless operations and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Compensation: $35/hr to $45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
