Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator (PI) for the Aegis Production & Sustainment Program Areas and will report directly to the Program Office. The Program Integrator will be responsible for managing the overall program mission integration; risk and opportunity management; coordination and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners in day-to-day execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; implementation of RLPM best practices.
This position will work across all Raytheon Strategic Business Units and functional organizations domestically across the country. This position will regularly interact with Senior Raytheon Leadership, the Navy, and program Subcontractors on program status and direction.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Will You Will Do:
- Assist with the daily program execution, using Agile planning methodology. Risk / Opportunity reviews, LRE reviews and On time Delivery reviews (OTD).
- Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Life Cycle Product Management (RLPM), Corporate and Business policies and procedures
- Meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations
- Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions
- Coordinate customer program reviews; prepare for customer visits
- Assist with spares and repairs proposals, kickoff package, status meetings and preparing submit gate package for leadership review
- Serve as Program Backlog Manager, using the JIRA tool suite. Responsible for Program Increment planning cycle and assessing program performance. Drive Risk and Opportunity management for predictable program execution
- Support domestic travel on an as required basis
- Ability to travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience
- Prior program/project management experience
- Prior leadership/management experience
- Prior experience with financial analysis tools/system
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Technologies' Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent
- Strong business, ability to quickly analyze and interpret complex pieces of financial and programmatic data
- Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
- Working knowledge of contract formation and execution
- Experience conducting international business and cross-cultural communication
- Demonstrated experience with contracts management
- Product lifecycle management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong mentoring skills, both technically and professionally
- Experience with proposal submittals and gate packages
