The Precision Sensors (PS) Product Group Area is seeking to hire a Sr Program Manager for the GLOBUS, Cobra King, and Woomera programs reporting directly to the Precision Sensors product group director. This role will require an individual to maintain and continue to strengthen our customer relationships and lead the execution of these programs to successful execution of contractual requirements, while adhering to the allocated cost and schedule.
The PS Product Group Sr Program Manager will serve as the program manager for the GLOBUS sustainment contract which consists of maintenance, sustainment, and software upgrades to the GLOBUS radar system. The PS Sr Program Manager will ensure the integration of all IPTs and CPTs in execution of the GLOBUS program including software development and logistics/sustainment. In this role, the PS Sr Program Manager will work collaboratively across Operations, Supply, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to meet program deliverables and milestones. They will also be the primary point of contact for the United States Air Force for this scope of work, with both informal and formal weekly communications with our customer.
The PS Product Group Sr Program Manager will also serve as the primary program manager for the smaller sustainment contracts (Woomera, and Cobra King). In this capacity the PS Product Group Sr Program Manager is overall responsible for the successful execution and performance to technical, cost, schedule and quality requirements of these programs and will be the primary point of contact for Raytheon Australia (Woomera) and V2X (Cobra King).

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. What You Will Do:
- Be the program manager for the GLOBUS sustainment program. Lead the GLOBUS team in the development of SW products and Sustainment products/services. Lead the ongoing New System Spares scope of work procuring and producing spares for the USAF partnering closely with operations and supply chain
- Be the program manager for the Woomera program providing support to Raytheon Australia as needed, maintaining relationships and proper EXIM controls, and executing on the spares procurement scope of work.
- Be the program manager for the Cobra King program leading the SME support to V2X for ongoing maintenance of the operational radar.
- Manage a cross-functional execution team including Engineering, Operations/Global Supply Chain, Quality/Mission Assurance, Finance, and Product Support.
- Provide leadership and direction to the IPTLs including decision making, problem resolution, and team health.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure successful maintenance of the GLOBUS, Woomera, and Cobra King systems
- Develop and achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by ensuring performance to schedule, developing and capturing opportunities, and mitigating risks
- Work with team to establish program handoffs and milestones, develop & monitor Master Phasing Schedule (MPS) with adherence to program plans, budget, and schedule.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customer counterparts.
- Travel domestically and internationally per the demand of the program.
This position is onsite in Woburn, MA. Relocation is not available.
Qualifications We Require:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or, an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
- Experience with managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for large scale programs.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Experience presenting to customers and senior leadership.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in capture management, engineering development, production operations and mission support activities.
- Experience as a change agent, able to energize organizations to achieve beyond expectations.
- PMX Level 4 Certification or equivalent, or the ability to obtain PMX Level 4 Certification within one year of being in the role.
- Experience with DoD programs/contracts.
- Contract or Subcontract Management experience with Profit and Loss responsibility.
