Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Patriot BMC4I Program/Product Lead for Strategic Business Initiatives. Primary responsibilities of this role include support of new and sustaining business activities to include proposals, appropriations requests (ARs), and strategic planning, with a focus on product line optimization, affordability, and continuous production. You will be the primary liaison between the IPT and the Program Management Offices (PMOs) and be accountable for execution aspects of future domestic and international capture efforts. You will work closely with the Program Leads and fellow team members within the Global Patriot Ground Product Line as well as the Global Patriot Cross Functional and Program Management Teams to successfully execute/support the growth and strategy initiatives across the portfolio. You will be required to apply disciplined program management processes and tools to achieve captures that lead to successful execution of program requirements.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the IPT and the Program Management Offices (PMOs)
- Provide support to PMOs for strategic initiatives to achieve the LADS Annual Operating and Long-Range plans
- Interfacing with US Government customers and Foreign Military partners.
- Develop partnerships with internal Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cross Product Teams (CPTs) and functional organizations (organized in an Agile team framework) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and administrative functions
- Acts as empowered authority to accomplish Global Patriot Ground Product Line strategic objectives
- Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, OR an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
- Experience with Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) or equivalent system
- Experience interfacing with U.S. and foreign customers
- Leadership experience with proposals and/or capture activities
- Experience with program management programs, including risk & opportunity (R&O) management
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with Patriot Product Line (PPL) Team and/or BMC4I product line.
- Program Management Certification
- Understanding of various contract types including domestic, direct commercial sales (DCS), foreign military sales (FMS), and how to execute within a mixed product line.
- Experience with strategic planning and cross program alignment.
- Experience leading and/or supporting large complex proposal activities with working knowledge of US requirements and acquisition processes
