We are seeking an Industrial Security Manager to join our team, reporting to the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in McKinney, TX. In this role, the successful candidate will oversee and lead several critical responsibilities. These include managing personnel and facility clearances, conducting training and briefings with a focus on providing face-to-face security education for a large workforce, and overseeing classification and markings, safeguarding, classified visits and meetings, and classified subcontracting. Additional responsibilities involve administering DoD Closed Areas and other National Industrial Security Program (NISP) requirements, investigating security violations, conducting administrative inquiries, and supervising the implementation of Technology Control Plans and other security-related protocols. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

What You Will Do
- Assist with the administration of the company programs for handling and safeguarding classified and proprietary information.
- Assist with government and industry oversight agencies to facilitate inspections/audits of security programs and systems.
- Enforce compliance with government and Company requirements in conjunction with Raytheon and Raytheon Technologies standards.
- Investigate security violations and prepare reports detailing procedures to preclude future occurrences.
- Coordinate with government agencies to obtain authorizations and acceptable deviations with regulations.
- Closely work with other security cores. Including physical, cyber, mission areas and Special Programs where needed.
- Provide guidance, subject matter expertise and mentorship to security personnel
- Experience conducting NISP Self-inspections of varying complexity.
Qualifications You Must have
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Eight (8) years or more security related experience.
- Experience working with NIPSOM, and other applicable Government security policies and procedures
- Experience interacting with Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel
