TTG Solutions is seeking a seasoned Data Architect/Analyst to enhance our dynamic technology-based program by crafting innovative data solutions and driving strategic business intelligence initiatives.

Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing data solutions that align with business intelligence goals, visualizing complex data sets using tools like Power BI and Splunk, and utilizing languages such as SQL, Python, and JavaScript for data manipulation. They will perform data analysis, mining, and cleansing on large datasets, ensuring data governance and integrity to provide insightful forecasts. The role involves designing and implementing databases, monitoring KPIs, and leveraging cloud platforms to enhance analytics capabilities, while effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.

Expert Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or data management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficient in Power BI, Splunk, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI languages (DAX, M, C#)
• Experience with Splunk Processing Language (SPL)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript
• Experience in data governance, quality, and integrity
• Experience with large data sets, data mining, and data cleansing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform gap analysis
• Designing and developing databases and analytics strategies
• Defining, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Optional Skills

• Certification in data analysis or related field (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Certified Data Analyst)
• Certification in data analysis tools or technology (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Developer Associate, Splunk Certified User or Admin)
• Tableau development experience

Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Benefits

Benefit	Details
Base Salary	$179,000 - $216,000
PTO	30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid Benefits	Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses	3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend	$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget	3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus	$5,000 new hire bonus

Total Compensation

Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend

Base Salary	$216,000	Base salary for position.
Retirement	$32,400	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Benefits Budget	$43,200	20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonus	$10,800	Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average.
Training Budget	$2,500	Annual training budget.
Training Hours	$2,500	3 paid days for training.
Phone Stipend	$1,200	$100 monthly cell phone stipend.
