Overview

The Intune / Mobile Device Management Administrator provides Tier III IT operations support across OIM and SC mission systems, focusing on endpoint security, device lifecycle management, and compliance. This role ensures secure, compliant endpoint operations aligned with DOE and federal IT standards.
Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints
• Enforce conditional access, MFA, and mobile security policies
• Support BYOD and corporate device programs
• Provide Tier III troubleshooting for enrollment and policy issues
• Manage device provisioning, deployment, and retirement
• Maintain device inventory and compliance tracking
• Support mobile application packaging and deployment
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation
• Monitor endpoint compliance and infrastructure health
• Generate audit and compliance reports
• Track license utilization and cost usage
• Maintain CMDB and change management records
• Document policies, SOPs, and configurations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• CompTIA Security+ or Network+ (or equivalent knowledge)

• PowerShell, Azure CLI automation
• Intune, Azure AD, conditional access
• Federal compliance standards (FISMA, NIST 800-53)
• Hybrid endpoint management (Intune + SCCM) preferred
• Mobile application management and threat defense integration
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
