M365 Administrator

About the Mission:
Agensys is seeking a Systems Engineer to deliver secure enterprise collaboration and productivity services for the Department of Defense community. This role directly supports modernization of IT environments to reduce legacy inefficiencies, enhance cross-domain collaboration, and deliver resilient M365 capabilities in highly classified environments.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants, focusing on secure email and file/SharePoint services.
• Integrate external services, workflows, and automation tools into M365 implementations.
• Support classified M365 environments (e.g., SIPR or Government High).
• Provide technical engineering support for cross-domain collaboration solutions.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code methodologies to system deployment and configuration.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years working with M365 tenants, deploying and integrating services.
• Experience managing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise email and file/SharePoint services.
• Familiarity with integrating external services and automating workflows within M365.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP read-in eligibility.
• Local to Northern Virginia.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with M365 deployments in classified or restricted environments.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code for scripted deployments and configurations.
