Required Skills & Experience
- Experience developing graphics or visual products for analytic or technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate with subject-matter experts
- Experience supporting document layout and visual presentation
- At least eight (8) years of experience relevant to the labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university
- Develops graphic and layout solutions to support intelligence products
- Integrates visual elements with analytic content
- Applies professional design techniques to enhance communication
- Collaborates effectively with analysts and production teams

Compensation
- Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
