We are seeking a strong Senior Systems Engineer to support DARPA R&D programs. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients.

Position Description (what you will do)

  • Leads system architecture and integration of secure, containerized mission platforms supporting DARPA R&D programs.
  • Designs and integrates Kubernetes, cloud-native microservices, edge compute, DCO/SOC platforms, and tactical sensor architectures across multi-domain networks (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS/Cloud).
  • Provides technical leadership and architecture guidance across DevSecOps, distributed systems, and cyber mission support.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10-12 years total Systems Engineering; 5+ years with DoD or IC or 14 - 18 years of experience without a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s or RKE2), Docker/OCI containers, Azure (Gov or IL5), CI/CD (GitLab, Terraform, Ansible), container security, and Zero Trust architectures
  • Domain knowledge with SOC/SIEM integration (Splunk or Elastic), cyber sensors (Zeek, Suricata, Yara, PCAP), NetOps monitoring, and RMF integration


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tactical edge hardware, cross-domain solutions (CDS), DoD networking
