A leading national technology and defense-focused organization is seeking a Human Resources
Manager – Talent Acquisition to drive enterprise sourcing strategy and provide HR leadership for
its Chantilly, VA location. This role reports to the Corporate Human Resources Director and partners
closely with senior leadership to ensure the organization attracts, engages, and retains top technical
and cleared talent.

This is a high-impact position for a strategic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-
driven environment supporting U.S. national security initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Strategy

• Develop, refine, and execute enterprise-wide sourcing strategies tailored to high-tech and
defense-industry talent needs.
• Leverage emerging technologies, AI-enabled tools, and market intelligence to build scalable,
high-quality pipelines.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement new sourcing platforms to improve candidate quality, speed,
and diversity.
• Partner with business leaders to align sourcing efforts with evolving organizational priorities.
• Use analytics to assess pipeline health, candidate engagement, and ROI; adjust strategies
based on data-driven insights.
• Track and report sourcing metrics, trends, and performance indicators to identify
opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive intelligence, and innovative sourcing
methodologies.

HR Leadership & Site Support

• Collaborate with site leadership to execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Manage and audit day-to-day employee data processes, including new hires, rehires,
organizational changes, salary adjustments, and terminations.
• Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports using systems such as ADP
Workforce Now and Costpoint.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, programs, and best practices.
• Address employee relations matters by identifying root causes and partnering with
leadership on resolution strategies.
• Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and positive workplace
culture.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects and special initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in recruiting or
talent acquisition.
• Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill and niche roles within the defense or high-tech
sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and HR technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP
Workforce Now, ATS platforms).
• Broad HR generalist experience, including employee relations and benefits administration.
, • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel) and presentation development
(PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
