The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What You Will Do :
In this role, you'll use your robust radar system engineering, technical skills, knowledge of operator and maintainer tasks, and inventory management, to support CONUS and OCONUS operations as it pertains to maintenance, logistics, and configuration management.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Supporting & reviewing the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) data integrity through data trend analysis and audits
- Overseeing & aiding with standardizing Job Orders to identify common language/buzz words to help streamline engineering analyses
- Monitoring open Job Orders for accuracy and completeness and communicate with end users to clarify any informational/data gaps within the Job Orders.
- General ALCS support / assistance to include but not limited to helping end-users navigate processed/procedures based on the LTAMDS ALCS standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Maintaining the LTAMDS ALCS SOP ; updating and editing the document as process trends occur & efficiencies are identified
- Overseeing the ALCS configuration management which includes the as-built and as-maintained configurations
- Working with sites to ensure proper materials and engineering assets are procured, packaged, and shipped in support of pre-planned maintenance activities
- Coordinating the logistics movements in support of the pre-planned maintenance activities, to include but not limited to, overseeing procurement, consolidating shipments, identifying packing lists, and ensuring proper staffing is allocated
- Tracking and reporting on logistics execution in support of the fielded MEIs
What You Will Learn
- Gain an adept understanding of the LTAMDS system and its components as well as sustainment strategies for continued mission success.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data management, data analytics, and data auditing
- Experience with reading/developing SOPs, Logistics Plans, and Material Fielding Plans
- Experience with configuration management, logistics/shipment tracking, and inventory/property management
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
- Experience and capability to work with all Windows 10/11 applications with a focus on all Microsoft Office products to include Word to write fielding documents, use Excel to collect and organize data, and Power Point to develop presentations for key meetings with customers at all levels.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with ALCS
- Ability and experience to support remote employees across the globe as needed and lead teams to achieve mission success
- Experience with managing employees and building team standards
- Familiarity with the Interactive Authoring and Display Software (IADS) to view Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMS).
- Familiarity with radar maintenance procedures and Radar Maintenance Control System.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
- Knowledge of the Army's wholesale and retail supply systems, Army readiness reporting system, and Army maintenance concepts or comparable DoD systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate with and present material to stakeholders at all levels
