NAVWAR Analyst - (Interim Secret with Pathway to TS/SC)

Position Summary
In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, the NAVWAR Analyst supports the Department of Defense's Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) mission by enabling positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) superiority. This role provides critical analytical support to combatant and joint force commanders through detailed assessment of friendly and adversary NAVWAR capabilities, threats, and operational impacts. The analyst contributes directly to planning, execution, and decision-making by delivering timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence products.

Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will:

• Utilize classified and unclassified analytical tools to conduct regional and global threat assessments supporting NAVWAR operations
• Produce multi-layered, multi-intelligence research products focused on existing, evolving, and emerging PNT-related threats
• Provide detailed threat analysis identifying risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies and countermeasures
• Apply intelligence tools and tradecraft to deliver timely, accurate, and decision-ready intelligence products to operational and senior leaders
• Support unit intelligence personnel in the execution of assigned analytical and operational tasks
• Collaborate with analysts, planners, and integrators to develop operational concepts, intelligence products, and training materials
• Maintain and update intelligence databases with real-time analytical assessments and threat reporting
• Coordinate analysis and intelligence activities with higher headquarters, the Intelligence Community, allied partners, and partner nations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must possess a current interim Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant intelligence or analytical experience
• Experience conducting multi-discipline intelligence analysis
• Experience performing analysis in a deployed or operational PNT environment
• Experience providing direct analytical support to military or operational missions
• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field
• Graduate of a military Intermediate Level Education (ILE) course (e.g., Army Command and General Staff College or service equivalent)
• Graduate of a Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) course (e.g., Naval Command and Staff or service equivalent)
• Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or a Joint War College

• Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience, education, and directly relevant certifications
