The Opportunity:
CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). These services cover a range of support categories including management, engineering, maintenance, supply, data, training, continuous support, infrastructure, logistics, and personnel. The primary objective of these diverse services is to ensure warfighting readiness across the globe by increasing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of all currently deployed and future TIGS SoS.

Responsibilities:
- Serves as the senior training developer on this Task Order.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials. Create lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia content. Utilize instructional design models such as ADDIE.
- Apply adult learning theories and principles. Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses. Develop blended learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Make data-driven decisions to improve training outcomes.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools. Incorporate multimedia elements into training materials.
- Present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Ensure training programs meet Army standards and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Army doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Coordinates with Government and other Contractor personnel for project accomplishment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Security Clearance: Active DoD TS with SCI active security clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited college/university and 8 years' experience or 10 years of training development experience.
- Minimum 8 years: Experience in developing, designing, and implementing training programs.
- Military Experience: Prior military service preferred, especially in training roles. Familiarity with Army doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Instructional Design: Proven experience using instructional design models such as ADDIE. Experience with blended learning approaches.
- Training Development: Experience in creating training materials, lesson plans, and assessments. Expertise in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Instructional Design Skills: Proficient in applying adult learning theories and principles. Skilled in needs assessment and gap analysis. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Basic understanding of multimedia tools and software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

- Project Management: Experience with project management principles and practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Leadership: Experience leading training development teams. Ability to mentor and coach junior developers.
