  • Evaluate vendors for quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Support rental equipment coordination (lifts, generators, specialty tools, etc.) required for site installations.
  • Maintain procurement logs and delivery status reports to support program visibility.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, installation teams, and program controls to anticipate procurement needs in advance of site execution.
  • Support contract and procurement compliance activities in coordination with contracts and finance teams.
  • Assist in developing procurement strategies that drive efficiency, cost control, and schedule reliability across the deployment portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site deployment environment.
  • US Citizenship to successfully complete a government issued background investigation.
  • Flexibility to travel when necessary.
