In this role you will guide and support the stakeholder while working towards a shared vision and goal, as well as foster a culture of collaboration with our customers. You will lead all the development efforts for the application to include designing, implementing, and testing activities while working closely with your team to enhance the customer's mission and introduce efficiencies to their business processes.

CACI is seeking a Senior Software Developer to act as Lead of a mission critical application for our customer. You will lead all the development efforts for the application to include designing, implementing, and testing activities while working closely with your team to enhance the customer's mission and introduce efficiencies to their business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customer stakeholders, teammates, and project POCs to determine and prioritize need and nice to have requirements.
- Develop and unit test new software, support user acceptance testing when required, and support all operation and maintenance required for the application.
- Leading technical direction and requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 or more years of software development experience
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing stakeholder expectations
- Significant expertise in application development with an emphasis on database development using Oracle PL/SQL
- Expert level web development skills to include both .Net and JAVA based applications
- Extensive Oracle-specific database and SQL experience
- Extensive Oracle tuning experience (e.g., analyzing plans, AWR reports, workload generation, index design, etc.)
- Application-level knowledge, such as debugging programs using ADO.NET or JDBC
- Current and active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a polygraph
Desired:
- Experience in product development and work within a CM-based environment with formal release processes
- Agile development experience
- Comfortable speaking and leading meetings and work sessions
