The Opportunity
CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst to support the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) efforts at United Stated Fleet Forces Command (USFFC), N415-Command Property Office, NSA Hampton Roads.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with Navy regulations, policies, and procedures for the acquisition, management, and disposition of government property.
• Provide guidance and training to personnel on property accountability procedures and responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property accountability matters within the organization and with external agencies.
• Track and resolve discrepancies identified during inventories or audits.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for property accountability processes.
• Generate reports as requested by leadership and auditors.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits of property management practices.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of property management personnel.
• Knowledge of Navy supply chain management principles and practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• DOD Secret clearance-Must be Current.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline.
• Must have a minimum of eight years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy logistics Automated Information Systems (AIS) management.
• As a substitute for education, eight years of experience in a combination of Navy and logistics and AIS management.
• Strong understanding of property accountability regulations and policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in conducting physical inventories and reconciling discrepancies.
• Competency with office automation software (Microsoft Office), multimedia program and equipment (PC, printer, copies, scanner).
• Must possess excellent command of English language (grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.).

In-depth experience in the use of Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), Relational Supply (RSUPPLY), Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information Systems (NALCOMIS), Organizational Maintenance Management System - Next Generation (OMMS-NG)
