The Tomahawk Production Acceleration Program Manager will be responsible for managing all efforts associated with accelerating the Production Recert contracts. While reporting directly to the Production Director, the Acceleration PM will work closely with and supplement the Production Program Manager responsibilities with a primary focus on acceleration to maximize contract incentives and get back on schedule.
The Production Acceleration PM will be part of the leadership team responsible for leading the team that achieves the highest combined production and recertification rates in the history of the program. The quickly expanding customer base, both DoD and FMS, and the timing of the fielded Blk IV weapon's 15-year recert cycle, is driving a factory capacity ramp that will nearly triple the current throughput expectation of the Tomahawk factories. The leaders of Tomahawk production new builds will lead as part of a program strategy that divides the production and recertification efforts between three Associate Directors who will partner effectively to achieve individual contract success, and Tomahawk program success, while managing shared factory resources and leveraging procurement synergies. This position requires proficiency in leading dynamic production problem solving, cross functional teams, managing a high visibility effort, driving communication of project goals/objectives/decisions and results to team, customers, and leadership.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key leader on an effort that answers an unprecedented resurgence in demand for one of the most recognizable franchise programs at Raytheon and one of the most successfully combat proven weapon systems ever. An optimal candidate will have experience in production and supply base acceleration, earned value implementation, building customer relationships, and experience in effectively managing and adapting program cadence for successful execution

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Will You Will Do:
- Supporting and driving AOP objectives and action plans
- Maintaining a clear program execution methodology that provides clarity and visibility into execution status
- Maintaining a positive team dynamic and the development of team leaders within the production leadership team
- Partnering with other Production/Recert program managers to leverage shared factory resources
- Implementing effective execution recovery plans for warranty management
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with customer counterparts
- Support proposal activities for follow-on work
- This position is onsite in Tucson, Arizona at the Rita Rd facility
- Must have the ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Implementing and managing to External EV requirements

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' experience
- Experience in influencing profit and loss of DoD contracts
- Prior leadership/management
- Prior experience working cross functionally (ex: Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.)
- Prior experience in managing, tracking, and reporting metrics and progress through EAC reviews and periodic management reviews with internal and customer leadership
- Prior experience that includes the execution of production or similar effort
Qualifications We Prefer:
- PM Level 5 Certified
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management
- Prior experience in the production and acceleration of munitions
- Execution experience leading a team of mid-level leaders
- Strong proficiency in partnering with matrixed organizations
