We are seeking a mid-level Field Service Support Engineer to support the Segmented Enterprise Mission Environment (SEME) and SOF's Enterprise Tactical Mission Network (TMN) in a government-provided commercial cloud environment. This role supports a Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) function aligned to Combatant Command operations and is fully disconnected from the SIE and DoDIN. This position is intended for a well-rounded IT professional with solid hands-on experience across systems, networking, and cloud-enabled environments-capable of operating independently day-to-day while knowing when to escalate. This is not a senior architect role and not entry-level.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties
Field & Mission Support
- Serve as a technical expert providing mission-oriented support to SOF users
- Act as a primary point of contact for SEME field service support
- Provide technical input, coordination, and information sharing across supported teams Systems, Network & Application Support
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 SEME administrative support
- Diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues
- Perform root cause analysis and system-level troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams or vendors for resolution as required Environment Sustainment & Security
- Support sustainment of SEME architecture, tools, and configurations
- Assist with configuration management, access control, and user provisioning
- Support ATO and NSA artifacts and compliance activities
- Grant and manage role-based access for TSOCs and supported components
Training & User Enablement
- Provide tenant administrative support
- Deliver New Equipment Training (NET) and train-the-trainer support
- Provide Shadow View analytic assistance and operational user guidance
- Work with Tier 1 support to reduce recurring issues and improve service delivery
Required Skills and Experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 4-8 years of relevant IT experience in operational, enterprise, or mission environments
- Security+ required (DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant)
- Strong experience supporting Windows and/or Linux systems
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, TCP/IP, troubleshooting)
- Experience supporting users in operational, high-tempo, or forward environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Network+ or CCNA
- AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) or equivalent cloud experience
- Experience supporting SOF, TSOCs, or Combatant Commands
- Familiarity with TAK, COMPASS, or TRAX (nice-to-have, not required)
- Prior experience supporting systems requiring ATO compliance
