A Day in the Life - What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and secure network infrastructure supporting modeling and simulation environments for the 705 Combat Training Squadron (CTS) IDE program
- Administer Linux-based systems and enterprise network services supporting simulation software and hardware platforms
- Manage user access, permissions, and authentication services to ensure compliance and operational security
- Install, configure, and maintain software and system components across classified environments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
- 7-15 years of systems administration experience
- Active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration experience
- SolarWinds administration and monitoring experience
- Active Directory administration, including permissions and access control
- Experience with DNS protocols and services
- Software configuration, installation, and system loading experience
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to support mission requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- NetApp storage administration experience
- Prior experience supporting modeling and simulation or training systems
