Job Overview

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Support planning and execution of system installations, upgrades, and site integrations for C4I systems.
- Conduct site surveys and help develop Site Integration Plans (SIPs), installation schedules, and related documentation.
- Coordinate installation activities with engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and Government teams.
- Review installation requirements and verify equipment readiness, power, space, and connectivity needs.
- Support equipment staging, bench testing, and operational testing before and after installation.
- Track installation progress and assist with issue resolution and change coordination.
- Prepare and maintain installation documentation, including as-built drawings, reports, and closeout packages.
- Support configuration management by verifying installed equipment and updating records in Government systems.
- Perform all other job-related duties assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
- Master's Degree.
- Ten (10) years of professional experience supporting the installation of hardware and software products.
- Current active Secret Security Clearance.
- Valid state Driver's License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
- Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
- U.S. Citizenship.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Government Contracts.

- Position may be exposed to and is expected to protect internal/external confidential/unclassified information.
Physical Requirements:
- This job may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, and handling items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Work requires the ability to operate a computer and work in a standard office environment, effectively communicate information in verbal and written form, read and review information and charts, perform analytical thinking skills, use sound judgement.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and reach to access items at various heights, including from floor level and overhead shelves.
- Comfortable with occasional climbing of ladders or step stools to retrieve or organize inventory.
- Must demonstrate a proactive and active approach to tasks requiring physical effort, with the ability to assist in warehouse duties without hesitation.
- Occasional travel may be necessary.
