Hi — I’m currently supporting several cleared facilities maintenance roles with Chugach Government Solutions at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL and wanted to connect. We’re hiring for: • DDC / EMCS Technician (24-hour operations support) • HVAC Mechanic Lead (Union environment) These positions support mission-critical base infrastructure and involve troubleshooting and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, controls networks, chillers, air handlers, sensors, actuators, and EMCS/DDC building automation systems. Ideal candidates typically have experience with: • Building automation systems / DDC controls • Chillers (200–800 ton range) • HVAC troubleshooting & preventive maintenance • Control wiring, sensors, relays, transformers, and actuators • Working on military installations or secure facilities Requirements include: • Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain for DDC role) • Universal CFC certification (HVAC Lead role) • Relevant HVAC/DDC controls experience • U.S. citizenship These are long-term, stable onsite roles supporting Air Force infrastructure with competitive compensation and strong benefits.
