Responsibilities:
- Support sales activities from quote to closeout, including intercompany sales.
- Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Ascent Vision location, coordinating the security needs for multiple project staff and IT needs on site.
- Owner of facility management, including Property Manager coordination, vendor relationships, purchasing supplies and equipment, accurate upkeep of space management software, and overall promotion of site safety.
- Direct physical access security with corporate oversight team and location vendors, including employee, guest, and contractor badging and site accessibility rules.
- Initial vetting and authoring of NDAs and bailments in coordination with Corporate Contracts to meet objectives set forth by the business and Sales team.
- Day One Coordinator and I-9 verifier roles in support of Human Resources onboarding for EO/IR Imaging Systems staff. Assist with site-specific access to trainings, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and networks.
- Develop and manage SharePoint and Teams as part of Configuration Management, including authoring written Operations procedures and work instructions under the guidance of the Technical Writer.
- Identify and drive Operations' strategic initiatives with the Australian office Ops team.
- Function as on-site POC for CACI network management, working with corporate IT and Cyber Security teams to achieve compliance at the site and user levels.
- Assist in preparation and hosting of customer and corporate visitors to local site
- Partner with Corporate EHS team on continued ISO 14001 certification success, emergency preparedness, and necessary site-specific safety training including but not limited to CPR/AED, forklift, laser safety, and machine shop.
- Supervise Operations Coordinator.
- Coordinate with EXIM and International Business Office to help assess and achieve staff and product compliance, including participation in an internal classification audit.
- Represents Operations on senior leadership team and overall site projects.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field
- 2+ years of prior experience a related role
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Highly detail-oriented, motivated self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with other employees and managers to ensure efficient operations
