The Opportunity:
Represent CACI SNC as an NSA CSfC SME / Sales Engineer supporting sales of Archon portfolio of products. Provide Field Sales Engineering (FSE) support to existing customers and develop relationships with new customers. Support CACI Sales, Program Management, Business Development, and Product Management in the development and sustainment of Federal, Defense, and commercial accounts involving CACI Archon products .

Responsibilities:
-Provide technical and architecture/ design assistance for the Archon Products portfolio in support of future growth
-Demonstrate Archon products in various locations supporting government testing and demonstrations of capability.
-Translate customer requirements into internal engineering requirements to support proposal efforts and improvements to the product line.
-Create network diagrams and requirements documents.
-Assists the Account Managers in sales and activities and creation of opportunities.
-Provide weekly status reports to CACI Sales for various customer engagements.
-Assist in onsite equipment support at customer sites, as needed.
-Maintain diligent mobile phone, text, and email communications with team members and customer POCs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) - or
• At least 7+ years of federal or military operational experience in an enterprise or tactical IT environment
• US Citizen and an active Top Secret clearance
• Experience directly related to federal or military operations
• Thorough understanding of NSA Commercial Solutions for Classified solutions and use cases.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and other Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, TEAMS, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Good communications skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Strong understanding of basic IP networking concepts and.
• Strong understanding of virtual private networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Self-driven and can interact with customers to understand IT requirements and translate those to engineering requirements unsupervised.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time in CONUS or OCONUS to support product demonstrations or customer engagements.
• Understanding of DOW Service organizations and the various functions inside DOW Service organizations.

Desired:
• Experience working with Archon Products
• Experience with sales, front-end of the business, Face-to-Face customer interactions
• Familiarity with DoD enterprise or tactical communications systems, applications, and wireless networking.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or other technical certifications.
• Prior Military experience in a technical role
