Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Identifying and managing data sources across various domains for ingestion.
- Collecting requirements for developing methodologies, modifying tools, and supporting missions.
- Offering training and guidance to personnel.
- Coordinating with developers and analysts to customize capabilities to meet needs.
- Project Tracking: Actively monitoring the status, risks, and progress of each project for assigned directorates.
- Status Updates: Ensuring project information is kept current on the new ITMB SharePoint site, which serves as our central source of information.
- Liaison: Acting as the key communication channel between J5 and J6 stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Capturing all facets of projects and requirements from all supported divisions.
- Providing Tier 1-2 IT support for government and contractor personnel, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and account issues while meeting strict SLA and security requirements.
- Work will be performed on-site, at Camp Smith, HI and core working hours are: 9:00am - 5:00pm (HST).
Anticipated salary range: $100,000 - $120,000

- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work in confined areas.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years' experience in tier 1-2 IT support and/or data management for a federal agency or U.S. Military directorate.
- Current, active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- Current, active TS/SCI clearance.
- Direct experience supporting any INDOPACOM Directorate or similar.
