Systems Engineer/EW

Job Description:
Serve as a Systems Engineer and Electronic Warfare (EW)
Provide expertise in ensuring delivery of critical signals intelligence
Work with intel and EW analysts to characterize adversary electronic orders of battle
To include specific analysis on threat radar systems and blue force systems
Conduct analysis, design, and integration of ground based ELINT and EW systems
Research and implement processing technologies for RF data processing
Collaborate across multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving:
Use cases, CONOPS, CONEMP, and TTPs
Participate in algorithm design and ML frameworks
Ensure completion of all required activities in a timely manner
Conceive new concepts and approaches to resolve engineering problems
Identify existing or potential problems and provide advice and guidance
Coordinate and support all aspects of EW operations, including:
Planning, collection, processing, analysis, dissemination, and reporting
Work with engineers, analysts, and operators to ensure accurate intelligence production
Conduct technical analysis of foreign threat systems and develop countermeasures
Guide and train team members and vendors on new technologies and methodologies
Assist in management of technical resources to achieve operational objectives
Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering (or related)
5+ years of experience in Electronic Warfare (EW)
Expertise in EW systems and operations
Ability to translate Army Capability Manager requirements into actionable goals
Experience developing presentations for support activities to summarize results of actions
Experience analyzing, designing, and integrating ground based ELINT and EW systems
Strong knowledge of ELINT systems and subsystems to develop specifications
Understands and can follow development operations procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with X-Midas, MATLAB, Python, and other software tools
Experience with JEL, JICD4.2, remote ops, and systems integration
Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions
Experience working with government and military customers
