Responsibilities
• Proven experience as a System/Network Administrator, preferably with a focus on Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat).
• Proficient in networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, subnetting, etc.).
• Experience with security management, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python) and automation tools.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM) and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
• BA/S in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related field is required. A combination of experience and education may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Six years (6+) of relevant technical experience is required.
• Intermediate-to-advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
