Delta is seeking a Program Manager to support the FLITE+ effort at Buckley Space Force Base. This position serves as a senior Missile Warning subject matter expert and enterprise leader, providing management oversight and strategic direction for Missile Warning Integration and Test activities.

In compliance with Colorado pay transparency laws, the estimated salary range for this position is $160,000-$210,000 annually. What you'll be doing:
- Perform the role of Program Manager for Missile Warning Integration and Test.
- Provide expert management and leadership of the Missile Warning Integration and Test team.
- Deliver senior-level, independent consultation and enterprise leadership across Missile Warning technical and management areas.
- Lead problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex, integrated systems supporting the Missile Warning mission.
- Provide strategic recommendations for Missile Warning system improvements, optimization, and sustainment.
- Maintain thorough familiarity with associated technologies and technical programs that interface with Missile Warning systems.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting Missile Warning Integration and Test efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to provide program leadership, technical oversight, and strategic guidance in complex mission environments.
