Delta is seeking a Chief Test Engineer to support the FLITE+ effort at Buckley Space Force Base. This role provides senior technical leadership and oversight for the Missile Warning Integration and Test mission, ensuring verification activities are planned, executed, and continuously improved in support of enterprise objectives.

In compliance with Colorado pay transparency laws, the estimated salary range for this position is $160,000-$220,000 annually. What you'll be doing:
- Serve as the Chief Test Engineer for Missile Warning Integration and Test activities.
- Provide expert leadership and management of the Missile Warning Integration and Test team.
- Deliver senior-level, independent technical consultation across Missile Warning system verification efforts.
- Advise stakeholders on verification methodologies, test strategies, and process improvements to enhance mission effectiveness.
- Support enterprise-level coordination and alignment of test and verification activities across applicable systems and stakeholders.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Master's degree with 17 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience supporting Missile Warning systems, integration, and verification activities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide senior technical leadership and strategic advisory support in complex mission environments.
