TTG Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Automation Specialist with expertise in Systems Engineering and development. We are looking for someone passionate about driving automation and increasing efficiency across technical teams.

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving productivity, and reducing costs through automation. Key responsibilities include leveraging technical expertise to support various technical teams, working with programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash, and utilizing automation frameworks like Ansible or Puppet. Additional tasks include handling CI/CD tools, working with cloud platforms, managing containerization technologies, and applying IT service management frameworks.

Experience Level

Senior Requires a minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill.

Requirements: 6 yrs - 10 yrs 11 mo

Required Skills

• Minimum of six (6) years' experience
• Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree with 6 years experience
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible or Puppet
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Optional Skills

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Engineer
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Benefits

Benefit	Details
Base Salary	$154,000 - $186,000
PTO	30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid Benefits	Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses	3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend	$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget	3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus	$5,000 new hire bonus

Total Compensation

Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend

Base Salary	$186,000	Base salary for position.
Retirement	$27,900	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Benefits Budget	$37,200	20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonus	$9,300	Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average.
Training Budget	$2,500	Annual training budget.
Training Hours	$2,100	3 paid days for training.
Phone Stipend	$1,200	$100 monthly cell phone stipend.
