Summary

TTG Solutions is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a motivated individual who can contribute to all levels of application development and thrives in an Agile working environment.

Description

The main responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and delivering software solutions. The role involves translating functional requirements into technical implementations, developing and integrating RESTful APIs, and ensuring system integrations with other software systems and databases. The developer will also participate in code reviews, assist with testing and deployment activities, and help maintain deployed applications.

Experience Level

Junior 3 years of unrelated experience = 1 year of related experience. Bachelors preferred. Master's degree = 1 year of additional related experience. 3 certifications and/or other applicable credentials = 1 year of additional related experience.

Requirements: 0-3 years experience

Required Skills

  • Front end development with modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Backend service development and RESTful APIs
  • Relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience with web applications using React with TypeScript or comparable frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python or another modern backend language
  • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, S3
  • Infrastructure or deployments using CI/CD pipelines
  • 508 compliance/accessibility testing
  • Automated test writing and maintenance

Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Benefits

Base Salary$166,000 - $200,000
PTO30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid BenefitsCompany pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus$5,000 new hire bonus
