DLS Engineering (DLS) is seeking a Senior Space Sensitive Activities Technician to join our team supporting the United States Space Force (USSF) Combat Forces Command, S3X Sensitive Activities Division office/staff in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in Department of War (DoW) sensitive activities and identity and signature management (ISM). The client anticipates a high level of knowledge on the full breadth of sensitive activities supporting worldwide operations.

A day in the life:
- Providing direct support to USSF sensitive activity stakeholders throughout the operational lifecycle, to include mission analysis, planning, staffing, and implementation.
- Creating, sustain, and implement plans for USSF operations.
- Create annexes to plans and amend plans as mission requirements evolve.
- Understanding and applying DoW policy requirements for ISM and applying to operations, planning, and force development.
- Conducting open-source research, as directed by the client, in preparation for mission analysis and threat assessments.
- Applying identity management protocols to assess risk to personnel and missions and provide mitigation strategies to decision makers.
- Developing and maintaining familiarity working within the Joint and SOF Community (processes, structure, C2, etc.).
- Identify, establish, and maintain liaison contacts and communications within Service and DoW program channels for formal and informal coordination to effectively leverage and expedite support to the development, staffing, activation, execution, and termination of plans as well as other required actions and communications.
- Assist the government in creating and maintaining accountability of mechanisms.
- Reporting significant events/incidents.

**Physical Demands: Travel may be required**

When I read the below it sounds like me:
- 3+ years of DoW Sensitive Activities experience required.
- 7+ years of DoW Sensitive Activities experience desired
- Highly knowledgeable on systems leveraged for ISM implementation.
- BA/BS degree desired or additional 5 years’ experience.
-JCITA Foundations of Sensitive Support (FOSS) course (or legacy equivalent: Advanced Technician Course), or Advanced Planners Course (APC) and Due Diligence Course (DDC)
- Active Top-Secret w/SCI clearance required
- Ability to be read onto Special Access Programs (SAP), required.
- Must be a US Citizen.

- The salary range for this position is $120 - $130k per annum. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience and could fall outside of this range.
