Position Title: Enterprise Architect

Location: Offutt Air Force Base, Omaha, NE Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret/SCI with NC2/ESI eligibility

Position Overview

The Enterprise Architect will support the Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Division at Headquarters, United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). This role provides Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center (NEC), supporting efforts to strengthen governance, systems engineering and integration, assessment and analytics, and intelligence across the NC3 enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on‑site analysis, evaluation, training assessments, and after‑action reporting in support of exercises, training events, and real‑world operational activities.
  • Deliver advanced technical expertise, including high‑level functional systems analysis, architecture development, design, and system integration.
  • Develop, maintain, and document enterprise architecture artifacts supporting NC3 capabilities and processes.
  • Support organizational integration and improvement initiatives through technical analysis, documentation, and training.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure architectural solutions align with mission requirements and operational priorities.

Required Qualifications
  • Three (3) or more years of experience developing enterprise architecture artifacts.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience
    • In supporting nuclear command and control (NC2) capabilities, procedures, and platforms.
    • Experience with architecture working groups, CM IPTs, CCBs, and developing/administering products on SharePoint, IntelShare, Confluence.
